The scope of work includes a freestanding, elevated concrete and masonry press box; a new metal grandstand system; new masonry screen walls and planting enclosures; fencing; improvements to the existing fire lane; stormwater structures; tie-in to various stadium communication systems; and landscaping.

Oman Construction has teamed up with Heron Properties to bring a new 26,280 square foot, mixed-use building consisting of retail, office, and restaurant spaces to West Bay Drive in the City of Largo.

This townhome project features ten two- and three-bedroom homes with open, airy floor plans. The homes range is size between 1,350 to 1,600 square feet.

The second phase of the project consists of the construction of new grandstand seating to enhance spectator capacity and comfort, a concession stand to provide food and beverage services, and dedicated storage facilities to support stadium operations. It also includes the addition of public restrooms designed to meet accessibility and capacity requirements, as well as the development of an entry plaza to improve pedestrian access and provide an upgraded and welcoming experience for attendees.
